At Meixuan Tay, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund Policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, tags, and components must be included.
  • The item must show no signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Any product defects or damages must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
  • Products subject to hygiene requirements must be returned in a clean and unused condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please do not send any returns without receiving return instructions from our customer support team.

  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 3 – Receive Return Instructions

Our support team will review your request and provide the correct return address and instructions.

Do not return products to the sender's address shown on the package.

Step 4 – Ship the Product

Once approved, ship the product according to the instructions provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until delivery and then follow the return procedure described above.


ORDERS IN TRANSIT

Because many of our products are shipped through international fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary.

Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled.

Customers may request a return after the order has been delivered and received.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

REFUNDS

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

REFUND EXCEPTIONS
